What brand are your leather goods?
All of Libby's Luxuries leather goods are non-branded items. Every item is custom made to order with individual specifications of materials, colors, sizes etc.. This makes all of our items unique. As they are non-branded, they are available for private labeling to any retailer.
What guarantees come with your products?
All sales are final. However, Libby's Luxuries LLC uses only the highest quality of materials and workmanship. All Libby's Luxuries' leather goods come with a 60-day exchange guarantee for any defects in workmanship. Libby's Luxuries' jewelry is also guaranteed against workmanship defect for 60 days. After 60 days, a $10.00 shipping and handling fee will apply to any repairs or exchanges in addition to a 10% repair fee.
Does Libby's Luxuries do in-home parties?
Yes, "Design-A-Bag Bashes" are available as well as jewelry parties. Currently, all in-home parties are in the Chicagoland, Northwest Indiana, Milwaukee, and Kansas City areas. However, warmer climate requests during the winter months or other exciting locations will be considered! Libby's Luxuries provides the invitations, the hostess provides the guests and location. The hostess receives 15% of sales in merchandise credit or Libby's Luxuries may write a check for 15% of sales to the hostess's charity of choice.
